June 2019 Partner Spotlight
The Tennessee Aquarium Conservation Institute (TNACI) is a non-profit based out of Chattanooga, TN. The Institute was created in 1995 to further aquatic conservation in the Southeast. The Tennessee Aquarium and TNACI were an integral partner in the formation of the Tennessee River Basin Network in 2014 and has continued to be engaged and provided leadership to our unique partnership. Hayley Wise with TNACI recently visited with Gillian Bee to share some information regarding her work. Thanks for sitting at the table with us, TNACI!

The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission is the state government agency created by the General Assembly in 1947 to conserve and sustain the state’s fish and wildlife resources through research, scientific management, wise use and public input. NCWRC is an active member of the Tennessee River Basin Network. Read more to learn about one of our Network members, Luke Etchison, and to learn more about the organization he represents and why they participate in TRBN. Canaan Valley Institute (CVI) was formed in 1995 under the sponsorship of U.S. Congressman Alan B. Mollohan. CVI understands the value of clean water to its communities and uses its staffs' expertise to protect this resource for their region.
