The first meeting of 2014 will discuss the new Farm Bill and changes to several NRCS conservation programs, Cerulean Warbler and Golden-winged Warbler project updates, and a presentation by Dr. Steve Prisley of Virginia Tech University on the College of Natural Resources and Environment’s new Center for Natural Resources Assessment and Decision Support.
