The Appalachian LCC will host its next meeting of the Steering Committee on Tuesday August 23-Thursday August 25, 2016 at the Inn at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. The Executive Committee will hold a meeting for a half day in the afternoon on Tuesday, August 23. The full Steering Committee will meet for a full day on the 24th and a half day on the 25th.
The meeting will craft the framework for the Appalachian LCC’s 2nd (2017-2021) 5-Year Work Plan as well as focus on the 2nd phase of the Appalachian LCC Landscape Conservation Design research and consultations, as well as additional updates on LCC-funded research, coordination, and outreach activities.
